Someone that reads your content is likely someone with similar context to you, so you can make safe assumptions that they understand what is implied. For example, it is not necessary to explain that one of our goals is to make more money, therefore we should do X. A more specific example: everyone in marketing understands why we do events, we don’t need to write that out with every event proposal. A great proposal would look like this:

• Great chance of gaining visibility due to booth position
• In a high ROI region
