Guidelines on AI usage at Remote:

• We expect all candidates to engage with us honestly. This includes presenting work and answers that are genuinely their own, without the assistance of AI-generated content. We strongly encourage the use of AI tools for:
  • Proofreading and grammar checking;
  • Formatting and organizing CVs;
  • Preparing for interviews by researching common questions.
• We do not want to see candidates relying solely on AI-generated responses without personal input.
• We will not accept applications that are fully AI generated or using AI to impersonate human interaction during interviews.
