🧸 Parental leave policy

At Remote, we use the term “parental leave” to be inclusive of all family types. Recognizing the diversity of family structures and roles, we aim to provide a leave policy that is equitable and supportive for everyone. This policy covers a range of situations, including extended maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave for any parent, adoption leave, and other statutory leave types to care for a child, such as breastfeeding leave. This approach ensures that every caregiver has the time needed to bond with and care for their child. The following key points outline the details of this policy.

Eligibility

Leave duration & salary payments

Splitting leave

High-risk pregnancy sick leave

Pregnancy loss/miscarriage
